Minimum Requirements For IELTS -

Minimum Requirements For PTE -
A score of around 60 to 70 in PTE is commonly required, but this can vary depending on the institution and program. Only some competitive programs might demand scores of 70 to 80 or even higher. On the other side, if we talk about the diploma and advanced diploma programs, then various colleges accept PTE scores between the range of 50 to 55.

General LMIA Requirements for All Categories of Employers and Jobs -
All businesses in Canada that are applying for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to hire foreign workers must meet the following general requirements for employers:
• Operate a legitimate business that provides goods or services to the public in Canada.
• Demonstrate a genuine need for foreign workers by offering employment that aligns with the reasonable needs of the business.
• Be capable of fulfilling all the terms of the job offer for foreign workers, including paying a salary that meets the LMIA wage requirements.
• Not have laid off any employees in the 12-month period preceding the application for the same occupation they are seeking to fill.
• Have no outstanding compliance issues.
• Ensure that returning employers adhere to the terms of previous LMIAs.
