PTE

The Pearson Test of English (PTE) is a computer-based test which assesses the English language skills of non-native speakers intending to apply for university courses in English-speaking countries. There are three versions of the test: the PTE Academic, General and Young Learners.

There are total 20 types of questions 

  • Speaking and Writing - 7 Types of Questions

  • Reading - 5 Types of Questions

  • Listening - 8 Types of Questions

The PTE test is 2 hours long

  • Speaking and Writing - 54 minutes to 67 minutes

  • Reading - 29 minutes to 30 minutes

  • Listening - 30 minutes to 43 minutes
